RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the order being placed.

• If something doesn’t fit or you have changed your mind, no problem! Send it back and we'll ship you replacements or refund your order

• Returned items must have tags intact/attached and be returned in its original packaging

• Returned items must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear

If your item(s) adhere to the above terms, please send us an email at support@evoraswim.com with your order number and we will help process your return. 

EVORA SWIM reserves the rights to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that do not comply with the above terms. Customer is responsible shipping returns to us while we always provide free shipping on anything sent to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

• Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them
